Principal and management

沒有很多的資產，也不是生於富貴之家。
即便如此，也可找到跟名人學習的方法。

These days, words have been heard about how incapable the principal is.  Knowing that I don’t want to hear these words, I ask myself why.  The answer is I want my school to have a wise principal. 
Still, truth is truth.  Then, what does it mean by a good principal?  What does it mean by a good leader?

According to Professor Chan, we can seek answers from the wisdom of Laozi (老子)

道德經:十七章
太上，下知有之；其次，親之豫之；其次，畏之侮之．信不足，有不信！由其貴言．成功事遂，百姓謂我自然．

My favourite line is ‘信不足，有不信’.  Those who can’t trust others cannot be trusted.  How true it is! Those who always want to hurt others are suspicious of others. 

Hope my principal will learn to be a good person.  If he himself was a good person, he would believe others are good people and can be trusted.
